The Development
Amador Station is a new, mixed-use, transit-oriented, affordable community that will be located immediately adjacent to the West Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station in the City of Dublin.
Anticipated to be completed in four phases, the development will be designed with a balanced approach, incorporating housing and amenities with studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments for households earning between 20% and 80% Area Median Income. Amenities will include indoor and outdoor common areas, a community room, resident parking, bicycle parking and shared laundry. There will be on-site resident services, and leasing and management offices.
The transformative development will offer enhanced conditions for pedestrians, bicyclists, future residents and transit riders. Amador Station will support long-term neighborhood goals of placemaking and enhanced connectivity.
